What documents can be notarized?
There are many different types of documents that can be notarized, reach out to one of us to see how we can help you!
What ID do I need to bring?
A valid license or passport.
How much does notarization cost?
General Online Notary begins at $25.00 with the inclusion of 1 stamp. Additional stamps will be priced at $2 each. Witnesses will cost 10 dollars per witness that we provide.
Can I get documents notarized online?
Yes! Securely get your documents notarized online with us!
While RON is fully legal and binding under New York law, it is always your responsibility to verify with the receiving party (such as a county clerk, title company, or specific agency) that they will accept an electronically notarized document.
Additionally, please be prepared to join a secure video call using a device with a working camera and microphone. For your security and state compliance, a secure audio-visual recording of our session will be retained for 10 years.

How long does a notarization take?
Notarization can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the length of the documents, need for witnesses and verification time.
Is remote notarization legally valid?
Remote Notarization is legal in most states, please check with your state for more information or reach out to one of us and we will research it for you!
Can you notarize documents in other languages?
At this time we only offer notarization in English, however we can connect you to another notary that does specialize in your particular language.

What if I have to swear or take an oath?
We will walk you through the process! We are trained to do so and are happy to help.
When will my document be available after the signing?
As soon as the invoice is paid, your document will be available for you to download immediately post session.
When are you available?
Sessions can be made during evening hours, night time hours, weekends, and some appointments are also available between 07:45am and 08:15am but there is limited time for that so please schedule ahead. All times listed are in Eastern Standard Time.
Is it secure?
Yes, we are fully compliant with NY Executive Law § 135-c. All platforms used for Remote Online Notarization are trusted, secure, and tested before hand.
